TF8260 PTFE (Teflon) Adhesive Tape
Overview
Teflon tape is made with fiberglass as the base cloth, coated with PTFE emulsion and dried. It features strong adhesion and is not easy to break, with a smooth surface, excellent non-stick performance and low friction coefficient. It boasts outstanding high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, excellent insulation and good dielectric properties.

Insulation cloth tape with a non-stick surface
The TF8260 is a glass-fibre insulation cloth tape coated with PTFE emulsion, rated −70 °C to 260 °C. It is technically a cloth tape, but its surface behaves differently from a conventional insulating cloth tape: nothing sticks to it, which is the whole point on heat-sealing bars, form-fill-seal jaws and release surfaces.
If you need an insulation cloth tape that holds a bundle together, use a PET cloth grade. If you need a surface that will not stick and will not burn at 260 °C, this is the tape.
