Factory & Production Lines
Our 10,000 m² facility in Dongguan runs nine production lines and more than fifty machines. Adhesive formulation, coating, curing, slitting, die-cutting and packaging are all in-house, which keeps the process window short and the traceability complete.
Typical coated output is 100,000 metres per day. Master rolls are converted to your finished format on the same site, so there is no third-party converter between our coating line and your incoming inspection.
| Process step | What happens | Why it matters to you |
|---|---|---|
| Adhesive formulation | Adhesive is blended against the application: rubber-based, acrylic or silicone, with the tack and peel window set by the customer specification. | Peel strength and residue behaviour stay predictable batch to batch. |
| Coating | Adhesive is applied to the base material at a controlled coating weight and dried in a temperature-controlled oven. | Thickness and adhesion meet the published tolerance instead of drifting. |
| Curing | Coated rolls are matured so the adhesive reaches its final performance before slitting. | The tape you receive behaves as tested, not as it was on day one. |
| Slitting | Master rolls are slit to your width and wound on your core diameter, with edge quality checked after slitting. | Fewer jams and fewer web breaks on high-speed wrapping equipment. |
| Die-cutting | Logs and rolls are converted into die-cut pieces, tabs and shapes where the assembly needs them. | Less manual cutting on the line and more consistent part geometry. |
| Inspection & packing | Thickness, adhesion, tensile and appearance checks are recorded per lot; rolls are labelled, bagged and cartoned to your marking requirements. | Traceability from your goods-in sticker back to a production lot. |
Capacity at a glance
Nine production lines
Coating and converting capacity for both water-based and solvent-based adhesives.
50+ machines
Slitting, rewinding, die-cutting, laminating and inspection equipment on one site.
100,000 m per day
Typical daily coated output, so container orders do not sit waiting for capacity.
Batch traceability
Every roll carries a lot number that maps back to base material, adhesive batch and inspection record.
